Emma Bradley
Resettlement Advisor | Christchurch

As a long-time Christchurch resident, Emma knows her city inside out. After originally qualifying in science then teaching, Emma followed her nose for adventure all around the world with corporate and consultancy roles in catering, fashion, banking and ending up back home in New Zealand’s very own dairy product industry.  She lived mainly in Canada and England but has also travelled widely in Europe, Australia, the US and Asia.

Now with three school-aged children Emma is fully involved in her local community, serving on the local school board and supporting her kids’ activities which range from musical theatre and ballet to most varieties of ball sports.  And in a city where people really value their friends, Emma maintains a busy schedule of book, art, food and craft group get-togethers. The family also has a puppy and a bach (NZ for holiday house) at Lake Wanaka which keeps them busy with boating, skiing and hiking.

‘Our local school and community, like most in Christchurch, has a significant number of people moving in and out all the time.  So I’ve already helped many people integrate into life here – now I look forward to doing the same for Mobile’s clients.’
